Meet Carter! This handsome stud is the only male in the pack. He is the biggest, as expected, and the most soulful. He listens so well, loves to play, eat and snuggle. He is so adorable with the way he looks at you, you can't help but love him! He is 8 weeks old and about 13.5 lbs. He loves to play with the big dogs in his foster home and is working on his potty & crate training. he has had no reaction to cats other than being a tad confused by them, but he wants to play with everyone he meets, canine, feline and human! All animals adopted from us will be spayed or neutered, dewormed for parasites, current with vaccines for their age and microchipped. Dogs will have tested negative for heartworms and given monthly heartworm, flea & tick prevention. Cats will have tested negative for FELV OR FIV and given Revolution monthly

The general adoption process is as follows:

Once we receive your application, the TLC Animal Rescue Board of Directors will review it to see if the animal you are interested in may be compatible with your family.
Once your application has been screened, we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your family members (including pets) and the animal you are interested in.
During this time, one of our adoption coordinators will be contacting your references and your veterinarian to verify if your pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.  If the meet and greet was successful, and any other potential adopters have been ruled out, we will schedule a home check and move ahead with the adoption.
